最高級のモーツァルト
第7回プレミア定期公演
モーツァルト、サディコヴァ、シューマンの作品
This concert heralds the start of an exciting new collaboration that will unfold over the next few years: the acclaimed violinist Hilary Hahn will team up with The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen each year to perform and record a Mozart violin concerto. Conductor Omer Meir Wellber, already a proven partner in past projects, joins her once again. A special highlight will be a violin and accordion concerto by Aziza Sadikova, commissioned by the orchestra, with Omer Meir Wellber taking the spotlight as accordion soloist alongside Hilary Hahn. Also on the programme is Schumann’s Fourth Symphony – chronologically his second – originally written as a birthday gift for his wife Clara in 1841, then extensively revised a decade later. The symphony’s original concept of a symphonic fantasy still shines through in the seamless transitions between movements. The evening opens with Mozart’s dynamic overture to ‘Don Giovanni’.
