Highlights 2023

New concert season is starting

Starting the new concert season with illustrious names and exciting programmes, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen is resuming its subscription concerts in 2023, presenting musical highlights in a class of their own.

Alongside exciting debuts – for instance with the exceptional soprano Asmik Grigorian and the conductor Elim Chan – and a return to the Glocke with artists such as the Finnish jazz pianist Iiro Rantala, the cellist Sol Gabetta, the internationally celebrated pianist Jan Lisiecki and the star baritone Matthias Goerne, the orchestra is taking the violinist Hilary Hahn on tour. The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen’s podium will be graced by Peter Ruzicka, Jérémie Rhorer, the orchestra’s first ›Principal Guest Conductor‹ Tarmo Peltokoski and of course Chief Conductor Paavo Järvi. In June 2023, the orchestra will once again entice audiences to its ›Summer in Lesmona‹. Old favourites from the Future Lab such as ›Melody of Life‹ and the Community Opera on the Osterholz-Tenever’s ›Green Hill‹ are just some of the season’s concert highlights.

Reserve your tickets online or via the Customer Service. Advance Sales for all concerts in the Glocke begin at 10 a.m. on 6 January 2023.

There is a further reason to celebrate: founded in 1980, the Kammerphilharmonie will mark its 30-year Bremen Jubilee in 2023! Celebrations for this will begin in January with a ›Late Night Jazz‹ Event featuring Iiro Rantala and there will be other opportunities to celebrate with us throughout the year. Prepare to be surprised!
