Charismatic, technically brilliant and musically outstanding, those are the main details pertaining to the Serbo-French violinist  Nemanja Radulović who, as the virtuoso representative of a new generation of artists, is thrilling worldwide fans and widening the boundaries of classical music. Conductor

Nil Venditti

The Italian-Turkish conductor Nil Venditti has in recent years forged close relationships with many international orchestras including the Royal Northern Sinfonia and of which, from the 2024/25 season, she will be Principal Guest Conductor. Highlights of recent seasons include collaborations with the Orchestre de l’Opéra national de Paris, the Dresden Philharmonie, the Tonhalle Orchester Zurich, the Irish National Opera and the Orchestra della Toscana, where Nil Venditti held the position of Principal Guest Conductor until May 2022.

Alongside her strong affinity for the core classical repertoire of Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven and in addition to her commitment as an opera conductor, Nil Venditti shows an equally strong interest in contemporary programming. Her performances in recent seasons have included works by Fazıl Say, Fabien Waksman, Lepo Sumera and Caroline Shaw in particular. This conductor also uses unusual formats to attract new audiences to classical music. In June 2022, Nil Venditti conducted the Irish National Opera’s first virtual reality community opera ›Out of the Ordinary‹ which was developed for and with people from all over Ireland and which puts communities at the centre of the opera’s creative process. Nil Venditti also made her acclaimed debut with the Deutsche Kammer­philharmonie Bremen conducting at Musikfest Bremen and returned to the orchestra’s own ›Sommer in Lesmona‹  the following year.

Violin

Nemanja Radulović

On the occasion of his debut at the BBC Proms in 2019, ›The Times‹ praised the »super-virtuosity« of violinist Nemanja Radulović’s playing. With his unique energy, openness and depth of expression, this musician harnesses the power of music and captivates audiences while simultaneously widening the boundaries of classical music. Born in Serbia in 1985 and currentlz living in France, he was awarded the Echo Klassik in 2015 and has won prizes at many other international competitions including the Joseph Joachim Violin Competition in Hanover and the renowned George Enescu International Competition in Bucharest. In recent seasons, Nemanja Radulović has appeared in a number of international concert venues with world-renowned orchestras, including the Münchner Philharmoniker, the Deutsche Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, the Staatskapelle Dresden, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, to name but a few.

Recent highlights include performances with the New York Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. In addition, Nemanja Radulović gives acclaimed concerts as a passionate chamber musician from New York’s Carnegie Hall to the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris. In 2021, he became an exclusive recording artist for Warner Classics. After his passionate debut with the Deutsche Kammer­philharmonie Bremen in 2022, their reunion at the 2023 ›Summer in Lesmona‹ festival has been eagerly awaited.
