In recent seasons, Peltokoski has debuted at many major festivals, including the Rheingau Music Festival and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, as well as in the great concert halls such as the Köln Philharmonie and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. In addition, he has given debuts with the hr-Sinfonieorchester, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France and the Rotterdam Philharmonic. At just 22, Peltokoski conducted his first complete Ring Cycle as well as another significant Wagner work – Tristan und Isolde – at the Eurajoki Bel Canto Festival. In the same year, he was also appointed Principal Guest Conductor of the Rotterdam Philharmonisch Orkest, Musical and Artistic Director of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Designate of the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse.

In the 2022/23 season, Tarmo Peltokoski is due to conduct the Hong Kong Philharmonic, Toronto Symphony, the RSB Berlin, The Hallé, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker, Göteborgs Symfoniker, San Diego Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic in the Hollywood Bowl.

In 2023 Tarmo Peltokoski was awarded the OPUS Klassik for his recording with the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen.

In addition to piano and conducting, Peltokoski also studied composition and arranging and has a particular penchant for musical comedy and improvisation.

Piano

Fabian Müller

Fabian Müller has established himself as one of the most remarkable pianists of his generation. As early as 2017, he caused a sensation at the International ARD Music Competition in Munich, where he received no less than five prizes, including the Audience Award. Since then, Müller, born in 1990, has developed an international concert career at the highest level. In 2018, for example, he made his debut with the Bayerische Staatsorchester at New York’s Carnegie Hall and performed for the first time at the Elbphilharmonie the same year. In the meantime, he has made regular guest appearances at renowned concert halls and major festivals. Müller has performed with orchestras such as the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, the WDR Sinfonieorchester Köln, the hr-Sinfonieorchester, the Tonhalle Orchester Zürich and with Daniel Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin.

In addition, this pianist is Artistic Director of his brainchild the chamber music series ‚Bonner Zwischentöne‘. His chamber music partners include Igor Levit, Liisa Randalu, Maximilian Hornung, the Schumann Quartet and Albrecht Mayer, with whom the pianist also recorded a joint Mozart album. Fabian Müller is also committed to music education. As festival pianist for the Ruhr Piano Festival’s Education Project, he works with over 300 children every year who engage creatively with modern music. This project was awarded the Junge Ohren Prize in 2014 and the Echo Klassik in 2016.
