Individual tickets cannot be exchanged. All performances are subject to programme and/or conductor or soloist alterations, which do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange of tickets.
Tickets exchanged through our customer service are subject to an exchange fee of € 3/ticket. Additionally, subscribers have the possibility to exchange or sell tickets amongst themselves via our free online ticket billboard.
Would you like to experience the musicians, soloists and/or conductors in a totally new way and take a unique look behind the scenes? Then just come along to ›en passant‹, organized in cooperation with the Bremen Chamber of Labour.
A few days ahead of the respective subscription concert, Anja Manthey, a violist with The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, and/or Prof. Ulrich Mückenberger give a lively insight into the upcoming concert programme at the ›en passant‹ introduction evening.
The event is open to all music lovers and admission is free! For dates, please check the local press or contact our customer service. Our subscribers will be notified of the dates in writing in good time.
Would you like to get in the mood for the evening just before your subscription concert? Then our ›Prélude‹ is just the ticket: half an hour before the start of each concert, we give you an entertaining and informative introduction to aspects of the evening programme in the small auditorium of The Glocke.

Tram line 1 to the ›Graubündener Straße‹ stop, 3-minute walk: turn left onto Graubündener Straße and continue for approx. 100 metres (90 yards), then turn right at the traffic light onto Walliser Straße.
