| Alexander Shelley, winner of the 2005 Leeds Conductors Competition, was acclaimed as ›the most exciting and gifted young conductor to have taken this highly prestigious award.‹ He collaborated with The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen in the Dance4Life dance project at the Gesamtschule Bremen-Ost in 2006 and at Summer in Lesmona in 2007.
