| The latest offer of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen is training for managers based on classical orchestral music and the orchestra's high-performance guidelines. In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Christian Scholz a management model was developed which enables business enterprises to optimize their own performance. The ›5 Seconds Model‹ utilizes both the emotional and symbolic power of music as well as the high-performance guidelines of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen to allow managers to experience their own potential first-hand and learn leadership behavior which promotes teamwork.
