The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen - at home in Bremen and on the road throughout the world The artistic activity of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen has two areas of concentration. On the one hand, the orchestra presents around 25 concerts annually in Bremen: a subscription series, special, chamber, family and youth concerts, as well as the classical open-air festival ›Summer in Lesmona‹. In addition, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen appears as 'Orchestra in Residence' at the Bremen Music Festival. On the other hand, the orchestra performs in approximately 50 concerts each year throughout Germany and worldwide, including appearances at the major international festivals (Salzburg Festival, BBC Proms, Beethovenfest Bonn) and in the world's great concert halls (such as Carnegie Hall in New York, London's Barbican Centre, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris).
